  • It’s hard to end a relationship. Let’s minimize the drama and mitigate the suffering for everyone involved. These sessions are aimed at integrating this major change in your relationship structure while devising plans and boundaries for moving forward.

    • Divorce, separation or breakup

    • Conscious co-parenting

    • De-escalating or changing the dynamic of an existing relationship

    While this isn’t a replacement for more comprehensive therapy or your own personal therapy, it is an opportunity to get on the same page and keep the lines of communication open.
